Products
We use and recommend 
haircare products. All of our hair care
services are guaranteed when you use the products we prescribe.
Appointments
For availability we recommend that you schedule your next
service prior to leaving.
Children
Pro Hair Designs Salon & Spa is designed to be a relaxing
experience for all of our clients. Since there are hot irons,
sharp instruments and chemicals here we ask that you keep
your children in the reception area and in hand when they
are not being serviced.
Cell Phones
As a courtesy to others please silence the ringer on your
cell phone during your visit.
Spa Packages
We have lots of options! There is nothing quite like getting
away from it all for a few hours of relaxation. We can help
you customize any package to suit your specific needs.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in all price ranges for products
and services. With just a phone call we can have it boxed
and ready to go!
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel, please call in advance
so that others can take advantage of the available time. A
24-hour notice is required if you are unable to keep your
appointment. Unless we receive a cancellation call within
policy hours, we will be forced to charge a 50% cancellation
fee. No shows will be charged a 100% no show fee. We reserve
the right to refuse late arrivals.
